Terms of Service

By creating an account or using 3DLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using 3DLabs on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 16 years old to use 3DLabs. Accounts are for individual use — sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.

You may use 3DLabs to generate video content for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights • Generate deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content designed to harass individuals • Attempt to circumvent safety filters on the underlying AI models • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service • Use the service in any way that would violate the terms of the underlying AI providers (Replicate, Google, ElevenLabs)

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the pipeline (topics, custom prompts, uploaded images). You own the outputs generated from your content, subject to the licensing terms of the underlying AI models used.

By using 3DLabs, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

3DLabs operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when generation jobs run. Credits are non-refundable except where a job fails due to a server error on our side — in which case credits are automatically released.

Credit allowances set by workspace owners are separate from and do not affect your personal credit balance. Workspace credits and personal credits are billed independently.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation jobs may fail due to third-party API outages, rate limits, or model unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your project data and generated assets will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

3DLabs is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
