Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email address) and the content you submit to the pipeline (topics, story text, scene plans). We also collect usage data — which pipeline stages ran, credit consumption, job success and failure rates — to operate the service and improve it.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who is subject to their own privacy policy.

Your data is used to run the pipeline, store your project history, and send you job completion notifications if you have enabled them. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Aggregated, anonymised usage metrics (e.g. "most-used video models", "average pipeline duration") may be used internally to guide product decisions.

Running the pipeline requires sending data to third-party AI providers: Replicate (image and video generation), Google (Gemini for story and scene planning), and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech). Your prompts and content are transmitted to these services under their respective terms. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before use.

Authentication is handled by Clerk. Account data including email and profile image is stored and managed by Clerk under their privacy policy.

Project data (stories, scene plans, generated asset metadata) is retained as long as your account is active. Generated media files stored on Cloudflare R2 are retained indefinitely unless you delete the associated project.

If you delete your account, your project data and stored assets are permanently deleted within 30 days.

We use session cookies for authentication (managed by Clerk) and local storage for client-side state such as the active workspace and pipeline progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below. Where applicable, you have rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy laws.
